Based on friends and family in academia, on the natrual sciences-side of things:

Either, you say nothing that may negatively impact a corporation - any corporation, big and small - or you can only have a career inside academia in your field, because you'll be blacklisted from the private sector for life.

Looking back, it holds true. Any geologist, biologist, medical researcher that sounded the alarm on something may have been celebrated in media and by people in general for daring to draw attention to bromide-based flame-retardants in electronics or whatever.

But no-one will hire them or finance their research ever again. No company in the world. And if they start their own, their name better not appear anywhere visible or it's a no-starter.

Speculation about the motivations of a dead man, but I do think this Norwegian doctor once faced that very same choice, and chose one thing over the other.

To pile on: while this is all true, mention shall be made that once you took these 30 pieces of silver, there's little-to-nothing you can do to screw up (depending on your rank within these hierarchies).

In academia, it's even worse: certain people appear to be failing quite often, but always upwards. The same holds true for journo-dom™ and politicking™.

Let's not forget that those MDs who end up in public health™ are typically those who barely made it through university/residency as all others do something else: the very best have international research™ careers (and go to places like Mount Sinai or the Mayo Clinic as post-docs before settling at a fancy-name place) while those who are committed doctors work their asses of in ERs and as primary care providers. Then there are those who seek to 'make a difference™' elsewhere, such as working for a year 'in the bush', and at the very bottom of the rungs are--public health officials who prefer the comfort of their offices to actually working in the field they're competent (sic) in.

Medicine, together with law, are perhaps the most local and location-specific professions as they require an intimate knowledge of the language and a rapport beyond the superficial with one's patients. Not to pile on the dead, but how would you consider the late Stuwitz Berg's attitudes towards his Tanzanian patients be anything other than, 'take this here, I know for sure because I'm an educated™ Westerner'.

Change my mind.

>those MDs who end up in public health™

If they are in media they have been hired by CIA, MI6 to push the narrative.

Change my mind!

Of course, this is a personal tragedy for the family. It is impossible for us to determine with any degree of certainty what caused his illness and death but that doesn’t mean we cannot draw meaningful conclusions from emerging patterns. In such cases patterns are the proofs! It would be interesting to know the mortality rate amongst the “officials” responsible for the bio-weapon deployment. What they all have in common is that they were all believers and have injected themselves with the death juice and made their family do the same. It is important for the technocratic classes to grasp that they belong to the target group, too. They don’t belong to the select privileged group who were aware of the true nature of the jab. Those either had phony public injections with retractable needles or never did take the jab. Were presidents of countries really jabbed?I believe so because they are mostly viewed as useful idiots. Did Biden get jabbed? Did Trump? How about Fauci? Netanyahu? Where was the line of true privilege drawn?
