Won't work, for the same reason you can't turn a weasel into a feminist vegan.

Teach someone something that goes against their very nature, and they will either ignore it or reject and fight it, if not because of ideology then simply out spite and not feeling any respect.

The only way then is force, brutality, and that's not going to happen, plus it only works if the threat of violence is immediate and ever-present. Turn your back and leave the room, and then what?

There's a very good reason police in moslem nations look and act the way they do, whenever someone is supected of breaking the law in the wrong way; if they didn't, a theft and a row btween the thieves and the victim('s familes) will spiral into a riot and a clan vendetta.

That's what's so refreshingly honest about islam and moslems:

They make no quibbles about "might makes right".

Not like the decadent, perfidious and decrepit West, where feelings and "muh rights" trump reality every day of the week.

So, the issue is: can Western police/forces treat law-breakers akin to how they are treated in the Arab world?

Well, no, they can't for several reasons.

For one, the law does not allow for it; if a group designated holy by the nomenklatura is treated harsher or show up more often in matters criminal, this is racist according to our current paradigm.

That this is most probably is due to simply statistics and police putting resources to use where they are needed, and not racism, cannot be true to our decision-makers, as thaqt would mean different people are different and have individual agency based on their biological-neurological makeup and the corresponding cultural frame resulting from this.

Sencond, such groups are much more likely to respond with escalation of force, and thus are very dangerous to the police and the criminal justice system, since prosecutors, judges and so on may expect to be targeted by fmaily or fellow countrymen of the criminla, for retaliation - and since they work within the system, said vicitms of retaliation know full well that if the matter is political along racial/religious lines, they will niot receive support from the system; therefore the rational choice become avoiding the situation cropping up.

Third, the home nations of said people are fully willing to at the same time don't care about them as individuals, and utilise them as political leverage against Western nations; thus, an increase in arrests of moslems (f.e.) calling for a EU-califate by way of force and subsequent deportations could and would be met with ruined investment opportunities in the moslem nations, and possibly increased prices for oil, problerms with transportation of oil, and troubles and bothers with the paperwork for any goods passing through those nations from China/SE Asia.

Although few would articulate things as above, the sentiment and feeling exists on an institnctual level, in the same way people in the USSR or DDR simply knew where the line was for jokes about the regime, wihtout any explicit law stating any such line.

Counter: all the above is a matter of perception and will. Physically or regarding natural law, there's nothing stopping Austrian (f.e) police military and courts from rounding up and mass-expelling hundreds of thousands of migrant lawbreakers across the closest southern or eastern border.

But someone has to give the order, and that someone must have an iron spine, and our political systems are set up to screen for any and all such persons and remove them as potentials.

It was 1683 when Catholic Austria fought off the Horde at the Gates of Vienna? My my, how the world has changed.

One wonders why Islam caught on and spread from the Middle East to and throughout most of Africa ? Why was it so appealing to as yet undeveloped countries on the African continent - because the colonizers had been from "Christian" nations?

Are the Congolese who are beheading and setting fire to Christians trapped in church buildings actually Moslem or just barbaric?

Perplexity's answer:

The recent beheadings and church burnings targeting Christians in the Democratic Republic of Congo have been perpetrated by the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), an Islamist militant group affiliated with the Islamic State (ISIS)[1][2][6][9][10]. The ADF originated in Uganda and has a documented history of targeting Christian communities, often demanding conversion to Islam under threat of death[8][9]. These attacks are religiously motivated and are part of a broader campaign of violence and terror against Christians in the region, not random acts of barbarism without ideological context[1][6][8][9][10].
