This comes back to trust, and us Nordics now being handicapped and outright hurt by our high-trust societies and culture.

It's not that long ago that you used to be able to live by trusting people to do right by you, and vice versa. It's within living memory that you - in smaller town and villages - could withdraw cash without showing ID at the post office, simply because everyone knew each other and trusted each other.

As a child, I sometimes rode the bus into town without paying, because the bus-driver would be paid later by grandma, when she went into town.

Can you imagine how much we've lost since then, and how such a unique trust-based society becomes a danger, when deceit and betrayal in the name of Holy Profit is instead made norm, and when lies and truth are decided upon by Authority?

Similar scenario in Ireland... high trust society reduced to ashes... and I'm not just talking about buying smokes for my mum in the local cornershop when I was 10 :) You never think it will come to your door step and when it does it largely paralyses society. Alien cultures get foisted on you get a typical liberal European response from the government/NGO complex... 'give it time, they'll adjust'... but no... it's you that are expected to adjust to their utter savagery... I say this under the shadow of a muslim migrant slitting his daughter's throat in front of his Irish convert wife before stabbing her (she survived) for the crime of letting her child access the internet... Assimilation is impossible... it's submit or die... I'm praying we can band together before the inevitable...

There's almost 60 or so Moslem countries: I'm asking myself why would 'they' come over to Europe? My 'guess' is because 'we' are handing out 'free' stuff.

And in exchange, 'we' get harassed, plundered, and killed--and I fear that if 'we' don't do something about this before too long, our nations and countries will go the way of the dinosaurs.

Islam conquers, there's no way the majority of Moslems in our countries will ever assimilate. They are biding their time.

In Istanbul, Türkiye, there is a university called '29 May', which relates to the conquest of Constantinople in 1453 at the hands of the Ottomans. Imagine, if you will, if a university in 'the West' would use such dates as, e.g., 12 Sept. (1683, the Battle of Vienna) or the like to find out about very different mindsets; and, by the way, Türkiye is very much half-westernised and very much unlike, say, especially the majority Arab countries in the Middle East.

A minor detail although I feel it speaks volumes - and indeed even reported by the incredibly pro-biased BBC - Mohammed was the top name for new born boys in 2023 in England and Wales.

Repeat after me:

Replacement migration is an evil, far right-wing conspiracy theory.

Oh gosh made me both melancholic and feeling (very) old. I hadn’t truly reflected on this loss.

The days of not locking front doors etc.

I admit I cling to the “honesty boxes” that still exist where I live for roadside eggs, veg, flowers. I feel good both being trusted and giving me the opportunity to be an honest person. Maintaining trust in our community. Win-win.

Sigh, I feel the same way.

Also, I'd add that 'these days' still exist in small, ethnically more homogenous rural small towns. If compared to 'Gotham-esque' places, there's a bunch of reasons for these differences.

Thanks for going over to see your neighbour.

The Nords used to be such a hardy, outdoors-y people to be admired. Same with Australians but in a different way - we were full of humour and the middle finger to authority and...well...everyone saw what happened here. It was a lie we told ourselves.

You know, I was so furious--at these public health (sic) officials, but also at those who so carelessly complied. She was moved to tears, and I do think she appreciated the Christmas greetings more than anything else. Actually, I still get extra-mad at these politicos™, experts™, and journos™ for badgering 'ordinary people' (in the sense of C.S. Lewis' Weight of Glory, i.e., 'there are no ordinary people') into submission. Sure, everyone who complied is a participant and accessory to these absurdities, but that's not my point here.

I'm actually still furious: I'm unsure how much her husband--who died 1-1.5 years later--still registered, but I doubt that his Alzheimer's prevented him from noticing that his wife wasn't coming for like 10 days or so. This is what still drives me mad with rage, even as I sit here in my kitchen typing this.

No-one has ever apologised for making up these stupid rules; also, I don't know how much, if at-all, people have considered their own contribution to these shenanigans: remember, as long as you comply, you're an accessory or worse.

This may shock people but I was never angry at those in charge - the predators. I expect them to behave as they did (and do).

I was incandescent with rage at the people around me who complied, and this rage dragged on for many, many years to the point where it was killing me.

I talk about this in my upcoming Christmas message.

I spent 2020 Christmas alone as everyone I knew still believed the scary virus story and stuck to the "stay in your bubbles" directives from UK government, and, I didn't fit into anyone's already formed "bubble." It hurt, but instead of letting it get me down, I mentally cancelled Christmas, avoided the TV, and had a quiet day reading The Invisible Rainbow instead! I still receive NHS weekly texts informing me I'm eligible for my free winter NHS flu and Covid-19 vaccines because I'm over 65 and where to get them.

I suppose you're not getting any.

Thinking back to that particular evening still gives me the chills.

I had my last flu shot in 2019, and in Jan 2020, got all the SARSCov2 symptoms before they announced there was such a thing. Was debilitated for 3 weeks, only crawling out to top up on essentials, including whiskey, honey and lemons! Worse thing was the incessant cough. Left me very tired for the whole year, and unable/wanting to do much. I've often wondered since educating myself on allopathic meds, what actually was in those flu jabs. Now, re the F word, this substack that I subscribe to, has this article showing how low actual influenza cases are and how governments do their calculations. And, to clarify, I've stayed away from injections since then. trusttheevidence.substack.com/p/connecting-yet-more-dots

I'm sorry about you falling so sick in Jan. 2020.

I recall considering a flu shot--for no reason other than it was 'offered' for 'free' in 2010 while working in Switzerland. It was just a pop-up thing on campus, and I have no idea why I didn't go; many co-workers did.

In the end, I was lucky to skip this one; I think my last injection with anything was a FSME jab a few years ago because I live in the countryside. In Norway, though, one doesn't really do that because of low temperatures…

If I learned anything in the last few years it’s… trust your gut feeling. One of my biggest takeaways is that modernity has largely stripped people of their survival instincts… they can be herded along with little or no pushback.

It also confirms my suspicion that the boomer generation (in outlook/worldview) mostly don’t just live on a different planet but rather in an entirely different dimension.

But I guess this is the product of years of social conditioning to trust a higher authority (it’s just that the demands of this ‘authority’ are becoming more ridiculous so cracks are appearing).

The state has slowly usurped religion in this regard. There’s obviously been incredible work behind the scenes and over a long time frame to get us where we are.

But once you break out of this ‘matrix’ (sorry to use a tired cliche) it’s impossible to go back. These are incredibly interesting (some might say terrifying?) times to live in.

It is truly amazing how they’ve sustained the underlying induced anxiety since 2020. I get a feeling they could easily pull off another similar psy-op anytime they desire. Yes, there would be slightly more skepticism this time around but a critical mass of people would obediently comply with all those idiotic totalitarian measures, including taking another bio-weapon jab.

Still, I don’t believe they are likely to pull the same sort of psy-op any time soon, simply because they don’t need to. This is the stage to normalize the “mRNA technology”. They will then inject everything we eat with mRNA, plus our pets. The next psy-op is the escalation of anxiety about the impending war, which may or may not happen. Regardless, they are after a widely spread anxiety since this is the foundational component of control. They can do anything to us without us becoming aware of the psy-op.

Isn't it amazing? It's awe-inspiring, esp. as the sway over a sizeable chunk of the population appears unbroken.

I'm a bit unsure if these people will accept literally everything and anything, though. I am wary about something like the Covid scare (virus) will work again on that scale before too long.

I'm even unsure a major European war will do that trick, esp. as the Russians appear hell-bent on preventing it.

Personally, I sense that a huge crash in the stock market is due, which will strain national budgets beyond the breaking point; but since no 'regular' or 'traditional' war will muster enough domestic support (many reasons, incl. mass immigration, moral/cultural relativism, apathy/decadence, un-fitness, etc.), I'd bet on a faked 'alien™' invasion, replete with whatever reptiloid or whatever, flying saucers, and the like.

If everything else fails they will pull the alien card. Short of that, a catastrophic economic situation coupled with ensuing “terrorism", food supply chain disruptions (famines),…, might give them just enough control and obedience to take us to the next level. I don”t see any fear in their servants’ eyes. I believe they are convinced they can manage us no matter what. Only an almost universal resistance can change this. I just don’t see that happening anywhere on the visible horizon.
