Finally, let’s meet “the Kenyans” in the picture postcards, shall we?

Sadly, there is not much more that’s legible on the backside other than the date (2 April 1941); interestingly, the post stamp reads “Vienna”, strangely enough. Shown are “two Masai girls” (and their donkey).
These two Ankole Women are found on a postcard sent to Munich, Germany, in 1960.
A “Beach Scene, East Africa”, is shown on the below picture postcard; sadly, there’s no visible date, but it’s in colour and clearly shows the difference of manufacturing. Personally, I think the palm-climbing postcard is from the 1970s.
Finally, here’s a nice example from 1984, showing two “Turkana Girls”, a motive that was part and parcel of the “Tribes of Kenya” picture postcard series:
