Pardon my ignorance, but I was wondering: does the "person of the year" have to be somehow positive, or is being important enough? 'Coz you can't deny that those three, ahem, gentlemen were "important" in their time...
Well, according to Time, it's someone who influenced news massively in any given year, so I guess Hitler in 1938 is all-o.k. It's probably a bit less so the case in Musk's case, but I've since followed up on this:
