Judge Christian Dettmar did by the book what all other judges should have done. He is a hero.

Exactly my thought.

This is also, I think, why they crack down on him that hard.

The most effective way to destroy people is to deny and obliterate their own understanding of their history.

Well, as in the above-linked case with the judge who illegally consigned teens to mental institutions, that depends on the eye of the beholder, eh?

I'm so disgusted, by the way, about the content of your links, but I'm afraid that I'm not suprised.

Judge Dettmar surely must have some way to appeal the verdict in a higher court, and shouldn't this also become a constitutional case, in part since the state's argument rests on false assertions (masking and spread of virus)?

I know that in Sweden, it might go the same way in lower courts, but at the highest level, it would have been repealed since it would conflict with the laws regulating medical practices. In short, no-one without the requisite training and having had their claims fact-checked and approved by Socialstyrelsen for factual correctness et c may make definite statements about clinical-medical things.

Ex: I might sell "homeopathic gravel" claiming it "/may/ give you a heightened sense of well-being" if you walk on it for 15 minutes/day - all legal. I may not sell it claiming "will de-tox your blood by binding dangerous chemicals in the blood-stream to minerals in the gravel", unless I have definite and positive proof of such a process.

Surely, Germany have similar laws and practices, which doesn't give or make exceptions for claims made by the state?

I would enjoy walking on homeopathic gravel - safer than a 'vaccine' and good for stretching the feet!

Judicial independence cannot exist if you are prosecuting a judge for his judgement (regardless what we may think of the judgement). I am puzzled by the inability of the majority of people to recognize a tyranny and by their general willingness to go along. I believe Western people have been altered through decades long multi-vectored attack on their minds. By a total takeover of the the state apparatus the ruling oligarchy (whose interests have totally diverged from the interests of the rest of us) has utterly delegitimized itself; only significantly altered humans cannot discern this and therefore cannot act in their own defense.

Really appalling. The norm in the Nazi era was judges (often not themselves Nazis) just going along with the state criminality. Now we see what happens when one stands up to it today.
