In case you haven’t heard about it, no-one in legacy media reported on it, and it had, of course, so far no consequences. During the 106th Session of the German Bundestag, which took place on 25 May 2023 [EDIT: thanks, Witzbold for spotting this], independent member of parliament Joana Cotar (who once belonged to the ‘Alternative für Deutschland’—on which eugyppius recently penned a good
I think the significance is that this is now on the record.
As the interjections show, virtually all the other MPs are still in denial, same with legacy media. If you watch the video, even if you don't understand a word of German, check out the empty seats: most MPs were, in fact, absent.
Most politicians, legacy media journos, and medical professionals are 'also still praising the vaxx and telling us how we should be grateful for them'.
Most people continue to delude themselves, and all it will result in is--a ruder awakening.

She would then have been hounded by media until her own party disowned her.
"Spine like a jellyfish" is a swedish idiom for politicians nowadays, for a good reason.
Hopefully, our new generation will dare to speak truth to power the way this Joana Cotar did.
