Footnote 17 (personal, cont.): Get well soon in times of 'Covid'
Dutifully, I told my coworkers that I tested 'positive' for Covid, here's what one of them wrote back
I don’t know what to say about this kind of ‘reasoning’.
It’s either mad, stupid, or both, which serves as a short-hand for the past two years.
Also, that particular co-worker of mine trumpeted both jabs in spring, opining that, ‘because I lived in the third world’ (for white-saviour reasons, ergh, I mean: research), ‘everyone should get jabbed for whatever, no questions asked’.
Well, I’ve been hard at work sowing the seeds of doubt among my jabbed coworkers, but I must say that this is the kind of reckless and, frankly, anti-social behaviour ‘they’ typically point out among ‘the unclean’.
It takes one to know one, I guess.
What is your take on this insanity?
You said he’s double jabbed. Maybe he wants omicron to “boost” him rather than the shot? If that’s the case then maybe there’s some progress there in your efforts at sowing seeds of doubt among your coworkers. Whether it’s a good idea on his part to purposefully contract covid remains to be seen.
I'm puzzled, why would you take any part in this charade i.e. why get tested?
