Yeah, true, and they will likely look like the fully redacted pages the NIH shared with The Intercept as of late.

This is a good format for reporting on the situation in Covidstan.

Thanks for letting me know, Erika!

I'm unsure the next dedicated post can be like that: I've gotten my hand on Health Minister Mückstein's reply to the Constitutional Court, which the former didn't want to share with the public as 'these matters pertainly only to the two concerned parties', i.e., the Ministry and the Court.

I disagree, but then again, now that I have that answer, I'll go through it before too long.

If you know to read German, it's also available here: https://www.docdroid.net/ZlRoFcp/vfgh-pdf

And if it get's taken down, email me: happy to share.

Okay, can you please elaborate: what's going on in Italy? They're imposing martial law (ostensibly) over Russia/Ukraine?

I'll have to follow-up on this, but it's been reported in Austrian media, and here's some Italian reports:

https://www.repubblica.it/esteri/2022/02/27/news/stato_di_emergenza_ucraina_governo_decreto-339515302/

It's not about Covid, but about the Italian military's response to the 'crisis in Ukraine': troop movements within NATO's actions. For now, it's three more months of emergency powers for the gov't.

Apart from the optics, this is insane.

Many maybes, all of which could be a reason.

Just as Paolo (see below) said, the courts are appearing to be finally on the move, and I'd say that the governments are now in panic mode, running around like the headless chicken (apologies to chicken) they are.

They'll jump at really any excuse: yesterday it was Covid-19, today it is Ukraine, tomorrow it'll be climate change.

Just bullshit of our criminal toxic banker Draghi (but he took a placebo of course).

There are no special powers to the Governament, they are illegal btw, a recent pronouncement of a great Judge as declared completely illegal all of the Government's State of emergency, DCPM (directives), mandates, from 2020 till a week ago.

The Governament was very close to a crisis or to new elections.... Putin saved them... ah, ah, ah! But as we all know, don't trust italians, they are unable to move a finger if Washington doesn't want to... just a bunch of well paid clowns

I agree, and tell you what: I almost 'hoped' (apologies to all Italians) that Mr. Draghi, that bought-and-paid for stooge of the international bankers, would become president, which would have brought down his gov't. (My personal favourite in that particular 'election' was, of course, Mr. Berlusconis, if mainly for his entertainment potential. As an aside, Mr. Berlusconi may still become president next time around.)

Apologies if I offended you with that crude 'joke', but since I'm also chronicling the Austrian clowns, I hope to be forgiven.

Maybe Mr. Putin's invasion was paid for by Covidians International. It really is incredibly convenient for them! :-P

It was a joke. ;-) But it is true that it's awfully convenient for the Covidians.
