Strange, Mr. Putin said the same--it's also controlled by the US to such an extent that it's 'cost-prohibitive' to argue against it.

Serendipity! I just finished listening to Carlsson's interview with Putin, and it was a masterclass dissertation in propaganda done right.

That's not to say Putin is in the wrong or right, just that compared to the dross we endure in the West, well it was really a blast from the past - imagine Putin debating a de Gaulle or Kohl, or Thatcher or Reagan!

Though I did laugh out loud at his insistence all russian regimes always having been "very respectful" to non-russian peoples and their respective religions when part of Russia, during Russia's history.

Oh, for a press that wants to give /all sides/ their say on a matter!

Hehe, I'm still watching as I type this.

I had a comparable moment when he spoke about 'historical' borders, thinking: what would 'the Germans' say about this? (No worries, they won't, but the point stands.)

The most hilarious aspect is the gaslighting in Western legacy media, which, expectably, fall flat on its face once again.

The author of that Correctiv piece is--Jean Peters, of the 'Wannsee Conference 2.0' hoax fame and, back when he penned the above lines, was still proud of 'inventing stories'.

One seriously wonders where these people come from…

And I love and appreciate your writings on so many levels. To get insights into “mid-European” politics and corruption and madness I feel is important to add to the bigger puzzle and simultaneously I think your shares are some of the most disruptive to my mind which actually is rather refreshing, guess I am happy I can still be surprised. Thank you!

You're very kind, thanks for these words.

As to your question, well, I don't know, but I suspect from a variety of bad, if not evil, places.
