What about the dogs' stress-levels?

And here's a real bummer:

If/when said universities get moslems students, they have to either tell those moslems to shut up and deal, or they'll have to arrange things the moslems doesn't the risk of becoming "unclean" from being in the vicinity of dogs.

We can be virtually certain that the only thing remotely resembling considering consequences was a high-pitched chorus of "Ohhh! How wonderful! What a good idea! Oh let's!"

Anyone's who's ever worked in a woman-dominated or otherwised feminised work-environment has experienced that kind of behaviour.

Mental illness manifestations always seem to grow in the latter (terminal) stages of imperial systems. Menticide cannot be limited to just lack of questioning of the legitimacy of the dominant order. It is a blunt tool which eliminates thinking in general. The reality around us reflects this in all sorts of ways.
