BREAKING: Austrian Constitutional Court 'Asked' Health Minister Mückstein to Hand Over Crucial Data
Media is reporting on a series of questions to Mückstein, who will have to provide answers by 18 Feb. 2022
Covidistan’s days appear truly numbered now: they thought they had it all figured out and refused to buck the ‘trend’ of ending Covid-the-social-construct.
Then, on Saturday, the régime’s civil-military advisory body held an extraordinary meeting. This was followed by a flurry of ‘eased’ mandates etc.
Why, one might reasonably ask, that change of heart?
Now we know why: on 26 Jan., the Constitutional Court sent a six-page letter to Health Minister Mückstein asking him to provide answers to a long list of questions.
I saw it first over at Chris Veber’s website, and you can find the full text of the letter here.
Hardly surprising, state and de facto state media are ‘reporting’ on this (see here and here, but honestly, don’t bother wasting your time: the ‘pieces’ are almost literally identical).
Both media outlets are similarly ‘reporting’ only a select number of questions, and while I don’t have the time right now to provide you with a more detailed enquiry right now (I gotta get my kids ready for bed and Monday morning), here’s the main take-away:
Health Minister Mückstein must provide answers about the data that underlie virtually all the measures and mandates since mid-November.
Sustained mass protests have, it would appear, finally made the Constitutional Court grow a pair of balls.
In other words: the régime has been put on notice.
Let’s not relent the pressure.
Re-double our efforts.

I was forwarded this info today. Wasn't entirely sure if it was genuine, very glad to see you confirm it here. The questions are very incisive and really go to the core of the matter such as requesting absolute and relative risk reductions offered by vaccination. If they receive honest answers, that could be it. The END =)
Knew I should have learned more german than from listening to Einstürzende Neubauten way back when! Oh well, will look forward for a summary in lingua franca. Great find, thanks for bringing it to attention.
