'We Stand With Ukraine', Norwegian Style: False Flags, Co-Financed by the EU and Germany.
Another piece in the puzzle of possible answers to the Russian-Ukrainian/NATO conflict, the tentacles of NGOs abroad, and the dubious role of the EU.
On 17 May, 2022, after a two-year hiatus due to Covid , Norwegians took to the streets again to celebrate the anniversary of the promulgation of their constitution. It was the first event of this kind that I personally witnessed. And as an Austrian citizen born in the 1980s, it was a sight to behold: 17 May is the day of the year when most Norwegians dress traditionally or put on something fashionable to celebrate the fact that ‘at least once a year we put aside our differences and come together as one people’, as my neighbour put it.
However, the celebrations in 2022 were special and it was not Covid-19 that was responsible for the mood. But on the contrary. Also, since 24 February, 2022, Russia's ‘special military operation’ in Ukraine has had a profound, if rather strange, impact on Norwegian society.
