Minor quibble: not an IQ-test unless you mean to see who has high IQ (the higher the IQ, the higher the uptake ratio, as the Uppsala study showed a coupe of years ago).

Personality test, or intelligence test works however: IQ only measures IQ after all and I have met enough IQ 130+ (as measured by formal testing in a clinical setting) to now that high IQ simply means more ways of being stupid and less likely to question or listen to critique/criticism, esp. from more normal IQ people.

The reason is that the greater the deviation from the middle of the curve, the more abnormal the thinking of the individual in question.

So instead of using that high IQ to find out, criticise and question, they use it to be the best conformists, the most obedient workers, and the most adaptible climbers.
