Released RKI Files Provide further Evidence of a Giant RICO-esque Charade

This is a follow-up to current events in Germany as the gov’t and the judiciary struggle to keep their shenanigans under wraps. Yesterday, the so-called ‘RKI Files’, internal minutes of the Robert Koch Institute’s early ‘Pandemic™’ deliberations, were made available. For the earlier instalment, see here:

As always, translation, emphases, and bottom lines mine. Note, however, that these ‘RKI Files’ (download them here) cover but the first phase until the end of the Merkel gov’t in 2021.

RKI Experts: ‘Vaccine effect is not yet known’

At the beginning of the first vaccination campaign, the RKI experts stated that the ‘vaccine effect is not yet known’. Eight weeks later, over five million people had already been vaccinated.

‘Due to the public interest in the content of the COVID-19 crisis staff protocols, the RKI is making them available as far as possible without redactions’, the Robert Koch Institute announced on Thursday [30 May 2024]. Many of the [previously] redacted passages are controversial.

Among other things, they deal with the effectiveness of the coronavirus vaccination, possible long-term consequences of children wearing coronavirus masks, problems with recording vaccine damage and side effects—and the terrible fear of isolation and loneliness among the elderly.

• The protocol of 2 May 2020 states: ‘Collateral damage: In particular, old and very old people in home care or similar facilities say that they perceive the collateral damage of social and physical distancing as worse than their fear of a possible death from COVID-19.’ This fear was ignored by policy makers in the months and years to come.

• As of 8 January 2021 (at the start of the first major vaccination campaign), the RKI says ‘Vaccine effect is not yet known’, followed by: ‘Duration of protection is also unknown’. According to Statista, just four weeks later, 2,370,735 people in Germany had already received the first vaccination, and a further four weeks later the figure had risen to 5,420,388.

• Under the heading ‘Vaccination update’ in the minutes of 19 February 2021, it says: ‘If doctors in private practice vaccinate, timely information on the fate of the vaccinees is unlikely. Will monitoring then be discontinued? What should be done then?’ [I’ve said this repeatedly: we’re flying blind, and now we know why: planned obfuscation vs. incompetence]

• The minutes of 21 October 2020 deal with the compulsory wearing of masks by primary school pupils, as was occasionally required in schools in Berlin, for example. The minutes state verbatim: ‘There is a critical discussion about compulsory masks for primary school pupils, possibly with long-term consequences.’ [and C.J. Hopkins is persecuted for pointing this out…]

• In general, masks were viewed far more critically at the RKI than in politics. The minutes of 4 May 2020 state: ‘RKI comment: In the BZgA [Bundeszentrale für gesundheitliche Aufklärung, or Federal Centre for Health Education, an office of the Health Ministery] video on mouth-nose coverings, there are scenes showing people on bicycles with face masks, for example. This can send the wrong message. Face masks should be worn in closed rooms [talk about misguidance]. According to the BZgA, the scene should depict someone travelling to work by bike rather than by public transport; otherwise there are scenes in closed rooms. However, many people already have the impression that the coronavirus is hovering in the air and there are many people wearing masks on their bikes. The video gives a false impression to the population.’ Then it says verbatim: ‘The permanent/ increased wearing of masks can also cause harm.’ [nothing new under the sun]

• The minutes of 19 March 2020 state: ‘RKI has said from the beginning that masks can be useful for external protection, it should not be a recommendation for the entire population.’ [so, why were they mandated and are still (!) hyped today?]

• Another passage concerns both ‘the role of children as carriers’ and also raises the question of whether the RKI was actually able to act politically independently. The minutes of 13 March 2020 state: ‘Mr Spahn has ordered that a passage on school closures be added to the criteria for the risk assessment of major events.’ Jens Spahn was Federal Minister of Health at the time. [so, the gov’t bosses ‘the experts™’ around, and said ‘experts™’ permit this (perhaps they even enjoyed it)]

• The often emphasised political independence of the Robert Koch Institute is also addressed in other places in the minutes that have now been released. The brief from 5 May 2020, for example, deals with the topic of incidences. ‘The provision of indicators is largely rejected from a professional point of view, but these are strongly demanded by politicians (however, no instructions have been issued in this regard) [but the ‘experts™’ obliged nonetheless]. The incidence mentioned comes from a discussion between BM Braun and BM Spahn.’ Although there was no official instruction, the RKI experts were concerned: ‘If the RKI does not comply with the political demand, there is a risk that political decision-makers will develop indicators themselves and/or no longer involve the RKI in similar commissions.’ And further: ‘If there is no technical basis for the development of the desired indicators, this must be clearly communicated in order not to jeopardise the Institute's credibility.’ [I suppose that ship has sailed a while ago]

• It is also clear from the now redacted passages that the possibility of vaccine breakthroughs, i.e., re-infection of vaccinated people with coronavirus, has been known since at least 1 March 2021. The protocol states: ‘Following the presentation of ZIG2 [Centre for International Health Protection, a dept. of the RKI] on the evidence of re-infections and infections of vaccinated persons as well as the approach of other countries (Israel), EU plans for vaccination cards, the RKI's recommendation on quarantine of vaccinated and recovered persons should be adapted in the future.’ This was not discussed in public until July 2021 [what’s a few months among ‘experts™’].

• On 14 February 2020, in a previously redacted passage, it says: ‘Contact with the Chinese Embassy was established on the initiative of the Leopoldina [Academy of Sciences]. There will be a meeting with the Chinese embassy next Wednesday to discuss research topics and future cooperation, for example. The BMG_Bund [Health Ministry] and the Federal Foreign Ministry have been informed about the meeting. In addition, the embassy has promised that the RKI will receive China’s current health commission package in the future.’ Journalist Aya Velazquez writes: ‘In view of the newly disclosed RKI protocols, it should no longer come as a great surprise why our coronavirus measures regime from March 2020—including lockdowns, masks, social distancing and school closures—was so reminiscent of China.’ [oh, it would have been so much better if we all followed the US approach here, right? Or perhaps taken a page out of Neil Ferguson’s playbook (I mean the modelling, not his adultery, although his transgression of the lockdown measures to do so is relevant)].

• The minutes also show that the RKI is close to the public media. At one point it says: ‘At the BZgA (Federal Centre for Health Education) there is often the question of whether non-institutional content can be linked. Fewer problems can be assumed with a public service production.’ [meant is that state-funded broadcasters would offer fewer pushback to ‘salting’ corresponding misinformation ‘news reporting’] At another point: ‘Overall, a [media] campaign on the AHA rules [these were the gov’t mandates about social distancing, mask wearing, hygiene, etc.] (with background: justification and explanation) could have a refreshing effect…For example, in the form of adverts on radio and TV (holding the public service media to account).’ And in combination with ‘communication on non-pharmacological measures’ (such as the closure of schools and shops or contact restrictions), it says: ‘Contact has been made with public media, communication on masks has been initiated by BZgA.’

• ‘Regulatory framework: The BMG [Health Ministry] wants to change the regulatory framework to allow Mr Spahn more powers. If there are to be strong rights of intervention for the BMG, then approval by the Bundesrat and implementation will take time,’ it says on 17 March 2020.

The protocols are currently being analysed by the editorial team. We will continue to update this article throughout the day with further findings from the RKI protocols, which have now largely been released, and will continue to redact the names of those involved in several places, as well as some places where, according to the RKI, ‘trade and business secrets of third parties’ are involved.

Bottom Lines

Same shit, different smell, I’m tempted to say. None of the above is quite ‘new’, but we now have more evidence of the mollusc qualities of non-vertebrae species known as ‘public health officialdom’ who, if combined with the similarly problematic group of ‘politicians’, shows the rot of our system.

‘Trust but verify’ once ran an infamous slogan about welfare state measures. Today, it means that trust has been squandered by all actors in the so-called ‘Pandemic™’ charade, although I’m allowing for the consideration that those politicians, journos, and ‘experts™’ continue to believe that they did what they did do ‘safe everyone’, that this was done because they ‘followed the Science™’, and that no accountability would be demanded of them.

So far, they appear to be correct. I mean, just look at Mr. Trump who still (!) stands by his (?) ‘warp speed’ decision and continues to speak about the benefits of the modRNA injections. We’ll see if he changes his tune now after his conviction. (I won’t hold my breath.)

None of the above-related content from the RKI Files is new; what’s similarly no longer shocking is that legacy media is all but mum about the quite explosive passages that show how frequently politicians—who now demand we don’t hold them to account because of ‘the emergency™’—just did things against the better (sic) judgement of ‘the experts™’. At this point, I’m wondering if academics of politicians are the lowest form of life, a competition that is quite close with respect to legacy media journalists.

Epilogue: Multi-Organ Failure

If we’d be talking medicine here, one would call what transpired during the WHO-declared, so-called ‘Pandemic™’ a multiple-organ failure:

‘Politicians™’ overrode the constitution, the judiciary affirmed this, parliaments looked the other way or blocked enquiries into these shenanigans by declaring these matters ‘sensitive’, effectively denying the technically sovereign citizenry to know what the government was doing.

‘Experts™’ deferred to politicians or relied on foreign colleagues to say one thing internally, as the RKI Files show, and there was no public dissent when it was most needed. Those who spoke up were quickly vilified, such as Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg, Professors Sucharit Bhakdi and John Ioannides, and many others.

‘Journalists™’ amplified whatever BS the former two categories—that is, those deemed saying the ‘right’ things—were spouting while inciting hatred of ‘the unvaccinated’ and everyone else who disagreed. This occurred as if guided by an invisible hand, and while I personally don’t believe that any sinister order was given—while I won’t discount the possibility of that actually being so—the currency that matters to ‘jounos™’ is: access to those in power. As the entire shit-show known here as ‘Extremely Stupid Watergate’ clearly shows, ‘journos™’ will do everything if they get a line or two of ‘Very Powerful People™’ in return.

In short, we see the confluence of irresponsibility (in the sense of them not being hold accountable by either parliament or journalists) among ‘politicians™’ who were supported by ‘the experts™’ who, in turn, depend of the former for funding; ‘journalists™’, in turn, cherry-picked data, ‘experts™’, and other guests to support whatever nonsense emanated from the corridors of power.

Trust but verify.

In the final analysis, we see, once more, that what should be done—a special tribunal to investigate and, if needs be, punish the perpetrators of what clearly looks like one very big racketeering conspiracy to commit crimes. We don’t need new laws or add to the criminal code, but we’d need to enforce the law once more.

The entire Covid era is one big marker of—lawlessness combined with irresponsibility (in the above-mentioned sense), from top to bottom and back again. The longer this cover-up will be extended, the higher the probability of Western governance breaking. Heck, our countries are coming apart at the seams as I write these lines, and they have been doing so for some time.

Yet, the longer this goes on, the harder the coming to terms will be.
