On the EU-WHO Deal about 'Global Digital Health Security'

It was completely predictable, many have said so at the time, and now the propaganda machine is going into overdrive to sell you something 'new': don't fall for it, fight it

The World Health Organization (WHO) and European Commission have announced today the launch of a landmark digital health partnership.  

In June 2023, WHO will take up the European Union (EU) system of digital COVID-19 certification to establish a global system that will help facilitate global mobility and protect citizens across the world from on-going and future health threats, including pandemics. This is the first building block of the WHO Global Digital Health Certification Network (GDHCN) that will develop a wide range of digital products to deliver better health for all.

Make no mistake, despite (?) the vacuous, self-congratulatory wording, the EU’s Covid Passport was a lot of things—but nothing that will ‘deliver better health’. Au contraire (emphases added):

‘With 80 countries and territories connected to the EU Digital COVID-19 Certificate, the EU has set a global standard. The EU certificate has not only been an important tool in our fight against the pandemic, but has also facilitated international travel and tourism. I am pleased that the WHO will build on the privacy-preserving principles and cutting-edge technology of the EU certificate to create a global tool against future pandemics’, added Thierry Breton, Commissioner for Internal Market.

A global WHO system building on EU legacy

One of the key elements in the European Union’s work against the COVID-19 pandemic has been digital COVID-19 certificates. To facilitate free movement within its borders, the EU swiftly established interoperable COVID-19 certificates (entitled ‘EU Digital COVID-19 Certificate’ or ‘EU DCC’).

I’ll spare you the rest of the bureaucratese, because I think you know what to expect.

These shitty things (the Covid Passports) are about as ‘effective’ in preventing transmission as the injections (although, to be fair, the Covid Passport’s safety profile is much better)…

At this point, we’re entering trolling territory: how, dear MEPs, do you think this will work? I mean—we’re supposed to show that piece of junk for cross-border travel, but we’re not supposed to check it? The Eastern European in me would say—this is a perfect set-up for ignoring these measures altogether, but, sadly, the EUroklatura lacks any such humour. Or grasp on reality.

What About the Hardy Swiss?

Instead of continuing my rant, I’d thought to point you that small haven (so far) of freedom in Europe named Switzerland whose electorate has the opportunity these days to actually vote on the necessary amendments of the current Covid-19 Act (emphases added):

By extending the application of the provisions, medicines for severe COVID-19-related diseases can continue to be imported and used, even if they are not yet authorised in Switzerland. The Confederation may continue to issue a COVID certificate, especially if this becomes necessary again in order to travel abroad. It can also require employers to protect particularly vulnerable people, for example by allowing them to work from home. In the event of any border closures, the federal government must ensure that cross-border commuters can continue to enter the country. The currently deactivated SwissCovid app can be reactivated if required. If the bill were to be rejected, these provisions would cease to apply in mid-December 2023.

At least the Swiss get a chance to vote on this pile of crap, even though, truth be told, it looks as if the gov’t will get a majority. According to available polling data, while the ‘no’ camp appears to be slightly increasing, the Federal Gov’t ‘estimates a yes’, according to public broadcaster SRF (same link).

As far as the political parties are concerned, an image emerges that is quite comparable to neighbouring Austria or Germany (where only ‘the far right’ factions would be partially opposed): only the Swiss People’s Party (Schweizerische Volkspartei) and another small, ‘national-conservative’ faction (EDU) is opposed to these changes of the Covid-19 Act, according to SRF.

So far, so sad.

A Message from Attorney Philipp Kruse

Yet, I don’t wish to conclude on such a note, hence I’ll provide a translation of a message by Attorney Philipp Kruse (website), a notorious anti-Covid litigator and someone who, according to a profile in the venerable Neue Zürcher Zeitung (1 April 2022), seemingly single-handedly defended ‘parents of schoolchildren, soldiers refusing to get tested, and grounded pilots [for refusing to get vaccinated]’.

One more note: I saw the below text in the Telegram app and I cannot 100% vouch for its veracity, but the tone and content is consistent with Mr. Kruse’s actions past and present. The below is coming to you in my translation, with brief [comments for clarity in squared parentheses], and with emphases in the original:

What is it supposed to mean when WHO and the European Commission celebrate this joint decision today [5 June 2023] like this, in the words of Secretary-General Tedros in today’s press release referenced below:

‘Building on the EU’s highly successful digital certification network, WHO aims to offer all WHO Member States access to an open-source digital health tool, which is based on the principles of equity, innovation, transparency and data protection and privacy,’ said Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General. ‘New digital health products in development aim to help people everywhere receive quality health services quickly and more effectively.’

Here is my personal explanation, after sober analysis of the big pandemic lie around COVID-19 (2020-2023):

Until now, the COVID-19 digital certificate has served a single purpose only:

To make healthy and free people compliant and to soften them up for an mRNA treatment they would otherwise NEVER have agreed to. We have all been excluded from all essential areas of public life (many even from their jobs and a great many from travelling), despite being in the best of health, without necessity, and arbitrarily. Only those who had either (i.) harmful-useless rods drilled through their noses or (ii.) even more harmful experimental substances injected into their bodies were allowed to belong to the in-group again for a while.

The psychological pressure to undergo this humiliating torture [Tortur] was systematically kept high by our naively blackmail-able governments in association with corrupt media executives.

Mafia methods of coercion, intimidation, and blackmail never seen before in our culture became acceptable and are still celebrated today. Doing so has obviously proven to be a marketing booster for unnecessary experimental substances with disastrous side effect profiles. Unfortunately, most people fell for it and allowed themselves to be administered these high-risk substances. Many with dire consequences.

And this ‘digital health certificate’ is now being sold to us as the great hope for the future. For me, this is an announced state crime. An arbitrary, barbaric instrument of humiliation, degradation, and disenfranchisement. It serves the sole purpose of continuing to drive as many healthy people as possible into needles and depriving them of their natural immune system.

Instead of finally taking a pause and conducting a self-critical analysis of the past (After Action Review!), the WHO and the European Commission are showing their true colours: they serve exclusively the economic interests of the Big Pharma and IT cartels, not the health of the people.

The digital health passport is to be operational as early as this June 2023. This means that from now on, we can all be denied access to public life and airports as soon as it suits the WHO and its sponsors (without any legal control and without any accountability!) to once again declare a health emergency in the lawless space of [natural] immunity.

There is nothing left that makes this look good:

We must brace ourselves for a continuation of the health terror and abuse of power against us all. As long as there are only a few people resisting, this totalitarian health dictatorship will install itself globally and irrevocably. These megalomaniacs will continue until the hitherto silent majority makes itself felt and provides the necessary counter-pressure.

Anyone who cares about his or her life and freedom should cast a clear NO vote against the Covid-19 Act here in Switzerland on the coming referendum weekend.

Bottom Lines

There’s not a lot to add to Mr. Kruse’s message, with perhaps a reminder (quote) from my piece from May 2022:

the EUroklatura is even more incompetent than I thought (and even less capable of irony). Sadly, we’ll all be suffering under their yoke, if only because these petty critters can’t admit they were wrong.

Which, of course, begs the question if (ahem) this crap is intentional. It sure is, the EU appropriated some 5 billion € for this shitshow in 2023 in advance of the above ‘vote’.

So, with intent firmly established, here goes: this is the ‘normalisation’ of the Covid régime.

So, I repeat my recommendation from last year:

whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.

Let’s find a watering can for the tree of liberty, ‘just in case’ we’ll need it before too long.
