Judge Considers the Redactions of the RKI Files 'Not Convincingly Argued'
A Brief Update from the Berlin Administrative Court, Courtesy of Philip Debionne of the Nordkurier
Last week I noted that there is one intrepid and fearless physician left in Germany, one Christian Haffner, MD, who is largely responsible for making the ‘RKI Files’ public.
Last week, he refused to enter into an agreement with the Federal Chancellery whose lawyers essentially offered a bribe: if Dr. Haffner ceased now, the feds would cover the trial costs.
Why? Well, because today, Monday 13 May, the Federal Chancellery is back in the Berlin Administrative Court arguing that the remaining redactions are a-o.k. Dr. Haffner via Twitter/X, replied that he won’t stop now.
Why the RKI Files are important is easily explainable:

Corona protocols and the vaccines
Update from the courtroom In the lawsuit brought by Christian Haffner against the Federal Government/Federal Chancellery over the release of the Corona protocols, there may be an exciting twist with a hard impact.
The judge in charge has just indicated that he considers the blacking out of the passages that specifically deal with medicines and vaccines to be questionable.
The arguments used by the Federal Chancellery to justify the blacking out of the information do not convince him.
There is currently a short break in negotiations because the lawyers of the Federal Chancellery want/need to consult.
I will continue to report in detail throughout the day. #coronaprotokolle
