Fully Un-Redacted RKI Files Leaked
Courtesy of a daring whistleblower, we now have it in writing that the gov't abused the constitution, lied about what 'the experts™' knew about Covid, and still don't think they're wrong
I’m short on time today, hence only the briefest of introductions: earlier today, the full, un-redacted RKI Files were leaked to the public. Courtesy of Aya Velázquez, Stefan Homburg, and others, we know have all the receipts we’d need for the public prosecution of the guilty parties to commence.

A whistleblower, a former employee of the Robert Koch Institute, approached me and passed on the data set to me. Personal details are of course subject to whistleblower protection, but I can say this much: the person did it for reasons of conscience. For the truth, for a full review of the Corona measures, and not least for the people of this country.
Even if the RKI has played a rather inglorious role in the last four years by giving in to an intrusive policy that violated fundamental rights, there have also been people in the RKI over the last four years who have stood on the side of the citizens and who did not agree with the actions of their authority, the contradictory recommendations to politicians, and the rubber-stamping of arbitrary political decisions. The new RKI leak should therefore also be understood as a handout, as a gesture of reconciliation: between citizens, across administrative borders, firewalls, and walls in people’s minds.
We should remember that there are also people in seemingly faceless authorities: people who have their own minds, who, just like us, have their own thoughts, and who want a better future for all of us: free from totalitarianism, political paternalism, and the systematic violation of physical self-determination rights.
This spirit—our connection as citizens to one another—cannot be broken. Those in power know this. It is what they fear most. The Achilles heel of the current political system is us humans, because each and every one of us has power.

Some of my colleagues and I have already read the protocols. You need strong nerves to read some of them because of the blatant contradictions they contain. The RKI protocols prove that our corona policy was not based on rational, scientific considerations. Numerous political decisions, such as 2G, the facility-related and planned general vaccination requirement, or the vaccination of children, were purely political decisions for which the RKI, as an authority bound by instructions, provided supposedly scientific legitimacy. We will learn why Christian Drosten, despite the bold announcement in his book, apparently had a bad feeling about having his name redacted in the protocols, and we will be reminded that [former Health Minister] Jens Spahn had already spoken out in favour of a large-scale child vaccination campaign before the EMA and STIKO [Ständige Impfkommission, Germany’s standing vaccination committee] recommendation.
We will learn that the RKI did not object when the EMA and Pfizer wanted to cancel the Phase III trials and test the vaccine equally on the entire population—so that the emergency use authorisation could be granted more quickly. And we will learn that the RKI unfortunately voted in favor of both facility-specific and general vaccination requirements despite knowing about the lack of protection for others and the serious side effects…
With the completely un-redacted data set of all RKI crisis team protocols, an uncompromising and honest review of Corona policy in Germany can now begin.

Translation and emphases mine, as are the bottom lines. There’s a lot of German acronyms in the following, hence I’ll explain what they mean, too.
Corona: What the Gov’t Wanted to Hide From the German People
The RKI’s coronavirus protocols were leaked unredacted on Tuesday. They contain explosive details about Drosten, Spahn, paediatric vaccinations, and ‘resistance from the population’.

The guesswork surrounding redacted names and passages in the Robert Koch Institute’s [Germany’s CDC] coronavirus protocols has come to an end. Journalist Aya Velázquez published all the documents un-redacted on Tuesday. The files contain explosive details from the coronavirus era—and they make it clear that the RKI took a much more differentiated view of the coronavirus policy than those politically responsible and most of the media led the public to believe.
Specifically, the protocols from the corona period, which each reflect the state of consultation within the RKI in detail, are about Christian Drosten, for example, who did not publish his own study because it contained a recommendation that ‘contradicts government action’ or about [former Health (sic) Minister] Jens Spahn, who wanted to push through the vaccination of children regardless of the STIKO [Ständige Impfkommission, Germany’s standing committee on vaccinations] (‘BM [Bundesminister, Federal Minister] Spahn is nevertheless planning a vaccination programme’).
‘Omit phase III trials and go straight into widespread use’
According to RKI protocols, the vaccine manufacturer Pfizer is also said to have considered with the EMA (European Medicines Agency) whether they should ‘possibly skip the Phase III trials and go directly into broad application’ for the corona vaccination. Phase III trials are clinical trials in which a drug (in this case the vaccine) is tested on a larger group of patients. Phase III trials are designed to test whether efficacy and safety can be confirmed in many different patients.
Where do the documents come from? ‘A whistleblower, a former employee of the RKI, approached me and leaked the data set to me,’ says Velázquez. She continues: ‘Personal details are of course subject to whistleblower protection, but I can say this much: the person did it for reasons of conscience. RKI Only Released Redacted Data
Velázquez and her team worked their way through the protocols for several weeks and found countless explosive details that had previously been kept secret from the public because the RKI had only released the data in redacted form—and only after journalist Paul Schreyer had sued for the release of the data [see here for Paul Schreyer’s reporting].
Velázquez’s conclusion on the data set is:
The corona policy was not based on rational, scientific considerations. Numerous political decisions, such as 2G, the facility-based and planned general compulsory vaccination or the widespread vaccination of children were purely political decisions for which the RKI, as an authority bound by instructions, provided supposed scientific legitimisation.
The SV Group’s editorial team (Nordkurier and Schwäbische Zeitung) also had full access to all the data before it was published and was able to gain an overview.
The RKI Files State, Among Other Things
‘Vaccination and testing very acceptable in Greiz, not in the Saale-Orla district, outbreaks here in retirement and nursing homes. Only 50% of residents vaccinated due to refusal, surprising resistance from the population.’ (Minutes from 07.05.2021)

‘Vaccination of children: Even if vaccination for children is not recommended (by) STIKO, BM Spahn is still planning a vaccination programme.’ (Minutes from 19.05.2021) [child sacrifice, anyone?]
‘There is no evidence that vaccinations make any difference to excretions…The technical recommendations will be maintained as long as there are no instructions to the contrary from the BMG [Bundesministerium für Gesundheit, Federal Health Ministry].’ (Minutes of 12 October 2022)
‘Paediatric professional associations are reluctant to vaccinate children. Politicians are already preparing vaccination campaigns so that the relevant age groups are vaccinated by the end of the holidays. Question of equity—in many regions of the world there is a lack of vaccines, here groups without/with very low risk are vaccinated.’ (Minutes of 21 May 2021)
‘Currently, a booster vaccination of children is also being considered by ministers [quackery is the term you’re looking for], although there is no recommendation and in some cases no authorisation.’ (Minutes of 15 December 2021)
‘If there is sufficient evidence, e.g. the American Academy of Peds recommends general mask wearing from 2 years of age (Face Masks (aap.org), a more stringent formulation should be found here…The wearing of masks should be maintained without restriction even at low incidences and should be understood as maintaining basic measures. ‘Testing should be steered in a certain direction. How can the political desire for increased testing be met?’ (Minutes from 29/06/2020)
‘Target group-specific communication. Who should be addressed in particular? Primarily young people, they behave differently. It must be cool to get vaccinated.’ (Minutes from 14/07/2021) [this will probably go down in history as a huge blunder]
‘Target group younger people & vaccination: e.g., influencer vaccination challenge on YouTube…Many aspects of the topic could be approached with more humour (e.g., address fear of vaccination after-effects). For example, elhotzo [a semi-prominent comedian working (sic) for a state broadcaster; he was recently fired because he so wished Mr. Trump was assassinated] addressed his vaccination reaction during his vaccination.’ (Minutes from 14 July 2021)
‘BMG [Federal Health Ministry, then led by Karl Lauterbach] probably wants exceptions for boostered people for 3 months. Vaccinated people must receive some kind of privileges, this must be included in entry regulations.’ (Minutes from 07.01.2022)
‘The STIKO recommendation is not immunologically justified, but serves to save vaccine.’ (Minutes of 10 May 2021)
‘On Thursday, before the publication of the update of the contact tracing management paper, a ministerial instruction was issued to supplement it…This kind of influence by the BMG on RKI documents is unusual. The minister’s authority to issue instructions for technical documents of the RKI is currently being legally examined by L1. The current assessment of the RKI management is that the recommendations are issued by the RKI in the role of a federal authority and that a ministerial instruction to supplement this recommendation must be complied with, as the BMG has technical supervision over the RKI and, as an institute, cannot invoke scientific freedom. ‘Reappraisal of the Corona Policy can Begin’
Aya Velázquez also announced that a live press conference would take place on Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the consultation room in Berlin-Mitte, Marienstraße 26. This will be broadcast in real time on X. The journalist continued: ‘With the completely un-redacted data set of all RKI crisis team protocols, an uncompromising and honest review of Corona policy in Germany can now begin. Bottom Lines
There we have it, in black and white. The gov’t ‘leaned’ heavily on ‘the Science™’ (public health officialdom), and lots of bad things happened, from the cancelling of constitutional rights and freedoms to forced medical interventions to the division of society.
The names are there, the ‘complaints’ by RKI staff, and the consequences are all around us, for everyone to see. At some level, we already knew about these facts.
To his strange credit, Karl Lauterbach, of all people, took to X/Twitter in response (source):
The @rki_de had planned to publish the RKI files of the Corona crisis team anyway, with my consent. Now it is happening without the rights of third parties, including employees, having been protected beforehand. Nevertheless, there is nothing to hide.
What else is there to note? Well, perhaps the other posting Mr. Lauterbach did yesterday (source):
Many parents are very worried about RSV infections in their children in the first year of life. STIKO recommends immunisation, which we are now implementing. Parents need to worry less, this is avoidable
We have learned something, and the perpetrators are pretending that all is well.
At some point, the cognitive dissonance will become too big. Ms. Velázquez’ and Mr. Debionne’s X/Twitter postings are looked at by millions across Germany, and it stands to reason that more and more people believe ‘authorities™’ and ‘experts™ les and less.
If ‘Covid’ was a ‘beta test’, the ‘real thing’ will make for a really interesting happening. We’ll soon find out, and in the meantime, kudos to Aya Velázquez, Stefan Homburg, Bastian Barucker, Philippe Debionne, and many others who are fighting this good fight.
