We all deserve a break, and so we took the girls to their riding lesson earlier today. To do so, we must cross a mountain pass at approx. 1,000m above sea level, and today the weather was glorious. Enjoy, if you will:
Few Norwegian tourism ads will tell you that, but most mountain areas are built up with hydroelectric dams, and this area is no difference.
There’s also a lot of power lines running across the mountains.
The road ahead; it looks nice, but one must pay attention.

Note that the road is sometimes buried under 1m or more of snow.
So pretty. Driving on snow is okay, but I hate driving on ice
