Covid in Austria: 'Experts' Recommend 4th Jab for all 12 and older, because: science. I'm kidding: Dr. Kollaritsch: 'I trust the Pfizer Covid vaccine. They developed Viagra.'

Most physicians recommending the jab have ties to Big Pharma and (or) to the Social Democratic Leadership--what could go wrong…?

This is one of the more absurd postings I’m going to have to do, and the reason is simple: Covidistan’s Committee of Public Safety isn’t a stranger to refusals of reality, which became glaringly obvious when they introduced what I half-jokingly (sarcastic desperation is all that’s left) called ‘the intersectional dimension’ of Covid-19, i.e., obliging only those people who ‘feel sick’ to follow procedures. Yet, in their latest announcement, the ‘National Immunisation Consortium’ has outdone itself, as per ORF Online, here are the news (although, literally all legacy media reported in unison; if that doesn’t make anyone wary, I don’t know what could; the below emphases are mine):

The National Immunisation Consortium [Nationales Impfgremium] has updated its recommendations for the Coronavirus booster injection. Accordingly, the fourth jab is recommended from September for everyone over the age of twelve. There are also innovations for those who have recovered, as vaccination expert Herwig Kollaritsch emphasised in a press conference with Health Minister Johannes Rauch (Greens). In future, the vaccination schedule should be adhered to regardless of infections.

I don’t even know where to begin, so I guess I’ll just state the following for the record:

• Dear parents, don’t go for another one of these already-failed injections for your kids. While you’re at it, don’t do it to yourself either.

• Dear recovered people, don’t do it either.

• Dear Johannes Rauch: WTF? I mean—why would anyone listen to you? Why should anyone take a medical intervention ‘regardless of infections’?

I mean, there are certain injectable products that actually confer years of protection, such as vaccines against tick-borne encephalitis, tetanus, or measles. Clearly, the currently EUA-licenced injectable products don’t fall into this category—and the comparison makes total sense: I mean: would you ‘recommend’ getting repeat injections against measles if you already had the disease?

Almost as an aside, here’s Herwig Kollaritsch (Assoc. Prof., Prophylaxis and Tropical Medicine, Med U Vienna) on this issue as he stood next to Mr. Rauch (my emphases):

‘Ultimately, anyone experiencing infection with any of the current variants should remain in their vaccination regimen [regardless of infection]…’

It is known, for example, that the immunity produced by the BA.1 virus variant is ‘strictly specific to BA.1 and actually hardly produces any cross-immunity to the other omicron variants’, he explains…

The updated vaccination recommendation of the National Immunisation Consortium is ‘an attempt to create a simple, memorable vaccination procedure that is applies to everyone’, said Kollaritsch. It was also crucial to eliminate ‘legacy issues’ [Altlasten]. Specifically, Kollaritsch appealed to all those who have only been vaccinated twice or not at all to complete their vaccination protection.

‘I think I can claim that almost no one in Austria would have to die from Covid as main cause of disease if they were vaccinated and if they had access to therapy’, said Kollartisch. With these two means—vaccination and medication in case of infection—‘we can do a lot to get safely through the autumn wave’, the expert affirmed.

I’m not going to cite much more from these absurdities, but I would add that you and me are probably in a quite good position to evaluate these statements without the need for any ‘experts’, such as Dr. Kollaritsch.

Needless to say, Dr. Kollaritsch means Pfizer’s Paxlovid when he says the word ‘therapy’. Curiously, he is a professor of ‘prophylaxis’, hence I do wonder as to why he’d shill for the Pfizer product, as opposed to other kinds of early treatment protocols?

Big Pharma Funds Kollaritsch and His Ilk

Well, the answer lies, as is often the case, in massive conflicts of interest of those who recommend these policies. Here’s a link to the National Immunisation Consortium’s website, which holds specifically that (emphasis in the original):

All members of the panel are appointed personally, are independent, and aren’t paid…none of the members has relevant conflicts of interests

And here’s a selection of slides from one of Dr. Kollaritsch’s presentations in spring, courtesy of the good people over at tkp.at. See if you can spot the possible ‘issues’ one might have with this particular ‘expert’ (ahem):

Here, too, support was forthcoming from Janssen (J&J and ‘MSD’, which stands for German pharma giant Merck & Co. The most hilarious statement by Dr. Kollaritsch in support of BioNTech/Pfizer’s Covid injectable product, however, is the one in the highlighted yellow circle: ‘I trust the Pfizer Covid vaccine. They developed Viagra, and he who resurrects the dead may also help the living.’

Note that while Dr. Kollaritsch ‘doesn’t deduce any conflicts of interest’, his presentation was ‘supported by Pfizer’ and he admits to receiving funding from Valneva, the Austrian Medical Association, the Austrian Pharmaceutical Associations, Medical Dialogue, Teamworx, the Green Cross, Novartis, and Roche’.

Yep, you saw that correctly: the guy trotted out to offer ‘expertise’ has massive conflicts of interests as Dr. Kollaritsch admits quite freely that he took money from Big Pharma to be able to work ‘pro bono’ for the National Immunisation Consortium.

In more honest times, we’d never tolerate this kind of behaviour.

Alas, we don’t live in honest times, hence it’s not surprising that another panel member, Dr. Karl Zwiauer, also, and apparently proudly so, sports Pfizer’s support:

Brought to you by Pfizer. Also, Dr. Zwiauer, of course, declares ‘no conflicts of interests’, even though his presentations, lectures, and training sessions are ‘partially supported by firms, partially by honorariums‘

And some people still wonder why sizable segments of the population becomes increasingly wary of these characters…

Speaking of odd ones, here’s another one: Dr. Pamela Rendi-Wagner, currently the chairwoman of the Social Democratic Party of Austria (SPÖ)—which is also leading in the polls these days—is also a notorious Covid Injection Hawk. One of the main reasons is that Dr. Rendi-Wagner is also a licensed physician (tropical medicine, what a coincidence, the same field as Dr. Kollaritsch).

And she’s also published together with Dr. Kollaritsch, as tkp.at thankfully reported earlier this year; here’s a list of 35 publications of Dr. Rendi-Wagner that also include a host of other members of the National Immunisation Consortium, including the notorious Dr. Ursula Wiedermann-Schmidt, Dr. Heidemarie Holzmann, Dr. Michael Kundi, Dr. Barbara Tucek, and Dr. Maria Paulke-Korinek (a senior official in the Health Ministry in charge of the ‘Vaccination Portfolio’).

In other words: virtually all medically trained members of the National Immunisation Consortium are tied to each other in many ways, often to funding offered (sic) by Big Pharma.

The Times, They Are A’Changin’

Yet, there are certain indications of change, however glacial it may be:

Uptake of the 4th jab, available since spring, has been very slow with a mere 5% of the ‘eligible’ population volunteering to take it.

Compliance with the remaining mandates—as per a video call with like-minded people I was on yesterday—is withering away also.

Furthermore, I’m going to supply some Norwegian data to fellow dissenters who said they will file lawsuit after lawsuit after lawsuit.

We’re also preparing an action to shield the students and staff at Austria’s universities from the impending return of mandates (although that will be quite tricky, for the organised student associations, all of whom are pretty radically far-leftish are even more hawkish than the above-mentioned doctors, politicians, and journalists).

Yet, the most telling sign of Corona’s Witnesses slipping grasp may actually be that the most notorious of the Covid Pro-Vaxx papers, Der Standard, also began, however tentatively, question the wisdom (ahem) of the recommendation of National Immunisation Consortium by Mr. Rauch and Dr. Kollaritsch:

Translation: ‘Fourth Jab for all 12 and older: political vaxx-activism. There are no plausible scientific arguments for a booster injection coming from the National Immunisation Consortium’

Things are moving, people, but for once not in the altogether wrong direction.
