Covid in Austria: A Harrowing Tale of Vaxx Injury followed by Suicide of a 22yo Athlete-Student

Meet Stephan Haider (r.i.p.), who committed suicide after suffering from injection-induced myocarditis, and his father, attorney-at-law Roman Schiessler, who's now pressing for charges

Today, I’ve got two harrowing stories for you, which both appeared last week over at my German-language hang-out, tkp.at (highly recommended; we’re a fast-growing journalism network that doesn’t receive gov’t handouts). The first piece is an (abridged) version of Thomas Oysmüller’s article about a young man, Stephan Haider, who committed suicide after sustaining life-altering injuries after Covid ‘vaccination’. He killed himself at the age of 22.

‘Suicide after Vaxx Injury’, by Thomas Oysmüller

A young competitive athlete committed suicide after a severe vaccination injury. He was the son of the well-known Austrian lawyer Roman Schiessler.

The lawyer Roman Schiessler is no stranger in the public sphere, after all, he’s married to outspoken physician and political activist Konstantina Rösch. Now he shared the tragic fate of his son in an interview. The 22-year-old student and competitive athlete Stephan Haider took his own life in August after suffering from massive vaccination damage.

Tragic Fate

In an interview with Dr. Ronald Weikl, vice-chairman of the association ‘Physicians and Scientists for Health, Freedom, and Democracy’ [Mediziner und Wissenschaftler für Gesundheit, Freiheit und Demokratie, e.V., or MWGFD], Schiessler talks about the fate of his son and the dramatic consequences of mRNA gene therapy. The video also includes a conversation with pathologist Arne Burkhard about the autopsy results of the deceased. According to Prof. Burkhardt, tissue samples show severe damage to the heart and aorta, which were the consequences of Covid vaccination.

Haider, a successful Austrian swimmer who had also been runner-up in the national championships, was no longer able to pursue his sport after Covid vaccination.

Statement by the Physicians and Scientists for Health, Freedom, and Democracy on the case:

It is to be hoped that this video is an urgent wake-up call to all fellow human beings who still have a heart and mind, and who are able, by virtue of their professional activities, to make a contribution to ensuring that this crime, which screams to high heavens, is brought to an end as soon as possible and that the culprits, and in particular those who pull the strings in the background, are held accountable.

Haider is anything but an isolated case, but certainly a particularly tragic one. Schiessler, too, is deeply distressed by the fate of his son; after all, he has ‘lost a child’. His legal attempts so far, such as an appeal to the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office [Austria’s equivalent to the US District Attorney’s Office], have not been successful so far. But he would not let up. There is, he contends, ‘sufficient evidence’ to open an investigation. Haider’s suicide had only shortened his son’s suffering, but he ‘would have died prematurely anyway’.

Aggrieved parties and their relatives should join lawyers who are already filing lawsuits or charges. Ronald Weikl insists that the legal actions must now ‘become more’ and refers, for example, to the current lawsuits in Switzerland.

The above piece was followed-up by an extensive letter by attorney Ronald Weikl, addressed to Alma Zadić (Greens), Minister of Justice (sic) of the current Covidian régime (which I liken to the Committee of Public Safety of the French and 1848 Revolutions vintage). Thomas Oysmüller wrote about it, too, and he did so on 31 Dec. 2022:

The lawyer asked the Vienna Public Prosecutor’s Office in the summer of 2022 to open an investigation for alleged involuntary manslaughter. Yet, the proceedings were quickly dropped. At the end of November, Schiessler then also received a refusal regarding the ‘disclosure of the vaccination documentation’.

By now, the coroner’s report is available, and the pathological statement is also reproduced in part; written by none other than Prof. Arne Burkhard, reads as follows:

With probability bordering on certainty, severe Corona-related vaccination damage to the organs was present at the time of the suicide.

Partial translation: Haider suffered from severe myocarditis with ‘severe arterial damage, incl. the aorta, and inflammation of the vasa vasorum [the small blood vessels supporting the bigger arteries]…confirmation thereof is provided by the existence of Spike protein in the damaged tissue samples, esp. the heart, coronary arteries, and aorta, accompanied by negative findings [i.e., absence] of N protein and accompanying histopathological evidence’ (i.e., the Spike protein came from the modRNA injection and didn’t come from infection)

This is another reason why Schiessler insists on investigations. He told TKP: ‘It is important now to see that the state does not absolve itself from taking responsibility and systematically prevents criminal proceedings from being initiated. The enclosed communication says it all. To see no reason for investigations with these facts is simply outrageous.’

This week he sent a letter to Justice Minister Alma Zadić (Greens). There are ‘clear scientific facts’ on the table, which is why it ‘cannot and must not be [that] criminal investigations’ are not taken up here.

From Schiessler’s letter:

Media often repeats the notion that myocarditis may be completely overcome, which is false. It is plainly irresponsible, as well as criminal, to state so. The fatal consequence of aggravated assault followed by death [Körperverletzung mit Todesfolge, cf. § 86 of the Criminal Code] is entirely expectable, as the Supreme Court also found.

Legally valid informed consent to undergo medical intervention with these [modRNA] products is impossible pursuant §90 of the Criminal Code, because it is simply impossible to consent to undergo such possibly detrimental procedures.

It stands to reason that the state, based on existing evidence and on information that may easily be obtained, acts and pursues these cases with the full extent of law, as opposed to refrain from any action due to [my son’s] suicide.

For if that course of action would be pursued, it would suggest that any perpetrator who, e.g., poisoned somebody else thereby causing a ‘natural’ death merely prematurely, would get off scot-free, merely because the victim committed suicide rather than go on living with a poisoned and massively impaired body.

Curiously enough, Minister of Justic Zadić replied on the next day, as quoted in that second linked piece by Thomas Oysmüller:

We are shocked by the tragic fate of your son and assure you of our sympathy! We have forwarded your letter to our supervisory authority for review. Either we will get back to you as soon as we hear back or you will receive a direct reply from the specialist department!

Bottom Lines

Time will tell. I suppose it’s fair to say that lawyers, such as Roman Schiessler, will not let this issue rest.

I also think that letters by ‘more regular’ people, i.e., non-lawyers or individuals without the means to hire one, will simply get ignored.

I’m also afraid we’ve not (yet) reached the point where a ‘critical mass’ of citizens—who themselves and/or their loved ones experienced vaxx injuries—demands (legal, political) consequences.

Given the dynamics (trajectories) of the current injection campaign (low ‘booster’ uptake, which equals a relatively higher incidence of vaxx injury per number of doses administered), it’s only a matter of time, I’d argue.

It’s been two years of this madness already. Let’s hope for a rather swift change of course in 2023.

Or, as a German proverb holds: ‘better a terrible end than unending terror’.
